As a mother of two who faced her own breastfeeding struggles, I know how challenging the journey can be. While most people think breastfeeding comes “naturally” and easily to everyone, the truth is that it takes practice and patience to get better. My goal is to help your family get to that better place.

I strive to help families meet their feeding goals through personalized care plans. I’ve tackled complex feeding challenges including latch difficulties, milk supply concerns, NICU infants, painful nursing, and slow weight gain, among many others. No goal is too big or too small, and I believe in taking baby steps (no pun intended!) to reach the finish line.

My experience has taught me that no two families are the same. What brings success to one might not work for another. I approach every consultation with empathy, evidence-based information, and zero judgment — I want to empower you to make the decisions that work best for your life.

I offer every visit in both English and Spanish, so language is never a barrier to getting the support you need. Whether we meet in your home or connect virtually, my approach stays the same. I’m here to provide practical guidance and positive reassurance.
