Before you book
Do you offer visits in Spanish?

Yes — every visit, in-home or telehealth, is available in English or Spanish. Just let me know your preference when you reach out.

What should I expect at my first visit?

A full assessment of latch, positioning and feeding, including a weight check and a weighted feed. Ideally you’ll also pump afterwards so we can look at your supply and check your pump and flanges. We’ll talk through your goals, and I’ll build you a personalized feeding and care plan.

Do you accept insurance?

Through The Lactation Network and Wildflower Health, yes — check the links above before you book. If you’re not covered by either, visits are self-pay and I’ll send you an itemized superbill to submit for possible reimbursement.
